Haven Beauty Collective was co-founded by Julie Phaxay and Ingrid Kent—two artists with a shared passion for beauty, artistry, and creating an intentional space where both could thrive. Julie is a 16-year industry veteran and former celebrity makeup artist known for her expertise in microblading, nano brows, and permanent makeup. Ingrid brings years of experience in both makeup and the beauty industry, with a talent for helping clients look and feel their best.

Today, Haven is proudly owned and managed by Julie, who continues to lead the studio with a focus on elevating client experiences, mentoring artists, and creating a space that feels both inspiring and welcoming.

What started as a vision between two friends has grown into one of the most sought-after destinations for luxury beauty services in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.
