Haven Beauty Collective was founded by Julie Phaxay, a 16 year industry veteran and former celebrity makeup artist with a passion for natural artistry, elevated beauty experiences, and creating a space where artists can truly thrive. After years of working behind the scenes with well known brands, celebrities, and editorial teams, Julie brought her expertise in microblading, hyper realistic nano brows, and permanent makeup to Minnetonka with a vision to build something more meaningful than a traditional beauty studio.

Julie continues to shape Haven with intention, warmth, and a clear creative vision. Everything from the client experience to the atmosphere inside the studio reflects her commitment to meaningful artistry, elevated beauty services, and a space where both clients and artists feel supported and inspired.

What began as a dream to create a beautiful, inspiring environment has evolved into a thriving collective of top independent artists.
